Beginner Course

Class Time : Every Saturday (7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.), 15 lessons in total Tuition fee : RM 568.00 per semester (10% discount on January 31, 2014 for 5 persons sign up collectively or parents and children sign up together.) This calligraphy introductory courses will be run for a period of 3 to 4 months (15 lessons). Calle Chain Art Centre will issue certificate for completion of this programme (subject to conditions).

1. Detailed information on choosing your brush.
2. Proper ways to holding brush, sitting and breathing.
3. The history of calligraphy.
4. Calligraphy Aesthetic.
5. Calligraphy line and stroke.
6. Copy

Tutor : Mr Chai Wee Kian, the founder of Calle Chain Calligraphy Research, has been taught calligraphy for more than ten years. As early as in his 16 years old, he was promoted by famous calligraphers to become a calligraphy tutor. He has been known as the youngest calligraphy tutor in the world history of calligraphy.
